Is it really free?

Yes. Funeral and memorial pages are free on Hither with everything included: unlimited guests and replies, every design, livestream links and the tribute wall. There’s nothing to pay, now or later.

Can someone set it up on the family’s behalf?

Yes. A friend, relative or funeral director can create it and invite others to help. It takes about ten minutes.

Do people need an invitation to reply?

No. Anyone with the link can let the family know they’re coming to the wake, and how many of them there are.

Can we stream the service?

Yes. Paste the link from the crematorium’s or church’s streaming service, or from YouTube or Zoom. The page shows it at the right time, and the recording afterwards.

Who sees the tributes?

Only you, until you approve each one. Then they appear on the page for everyone with the link.

Can we keep it private?

Yes. Add a password, or make it invite-only. Pages are never listed on search engines. Please don’t put a home address on the page.
