Questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, for up to 20 guests. Build your site, invite them, collect every RSVP and export it all without paying. There’s no trial and no time limit. For a bigger guest list, Plus is one payment for that event.

Why one payment and not a subscription?

Events happen once. Paying monthly through months of planning makes no sense, so Plus is a single payment that covers one event from the first save the date to the keepsake afterwards.

Is it the same price for every kind of event?

Yes. A wedding, a fortieth or a reunion: Plus is one price, and the free plan is the same for all of them.

I host a few events a year. Do I pay each time?

Each event is upgraded on its own, and the free plan is there for anything that doesn’t need Plus. Once you’ve bought Plus for one event, every event after it is 10% off. All your events live in one account, and you can copy guests from one to the next.

How do you make money without ads?

From hosts who upgrade to Plus. We don’t sell advertising, we don’t let suppliers target you, and we never sell your guests’ details.

What happens afterwards?

Your site stays up as a keepsake, with the photo album open for guests to add to. You can download everything at any time.

Which designs are free?

Atelier, Heirloom and Mono, and you choose between them. Meadow, Noir and Riviera come with Plus. You can try any design while your site is hidden, and only need Plus to go live with one of those three.

How does my own domain work?

Buy the domain from any provider, type it into Settings and copy the two records we show you into your DNS settings. We set up the secure https address and email you when it’s working, usually within minutes. Your email isn’t affected: messages to guests come from us in your names, and replies go straight to you.

Can my partner or planner help?

Yes. Invite them from Settings and they can edit everything with their own login.
