How do we split the costs?

Set out what the weekend costs on the kitty page (the house, activities, dinners) with a link to pay you. Guests pay you directly, and we never take a cut.

Will the bride or groom see it?

Only if you invite them. Sites are invite-only by default for hen and stag weekends.
