The ceremony
About forty minutes. Children are very welcome to wriggle.
Isla arrived in February and we’d love to welcome her properly, with family from near and far. A short ceremony at St Mary’s, then lunch at the pub across the square.
All times are local to Chilham, Kent.
About forty minutes. Children are very welcome to wriggle.
Across the square from the church. Sunday roast and a cake.
On the line from Canterbury and Ashford.
Rooms above the pub, if you’d like to make a weekend of it.
More choice in town, and the cathedral on your doorstep.
Isla has everything she needs. If you’d like to give something, we’ve started a savings account for her.
A junior savings account for when she’s eighteen.
If something isn’t here, just ask us.
It’s a naming ceremony in a church, led by the vicar but not a christening. All beliefs and none are welcome.
There’s a car park at the top of the village, two minutes from the square.
Whatever you’d wear to a nice Sunday lunch.
